- 2 to 3 cups cooked Campbell Farms aromatic rice
- 1 lb. ground beef or pork
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 cup butter
Brown meat with onion soup mix. Drain meat well.
Add bouillon cubes, mushroom soup and mushrooms.
Mix rice with butter and then stir into meat.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until brown.
