I made Chicken Fried steak using our fish fry and it was great. I first mixed 1 egg and about 1/2 cup of milk. Placed the tenderized steak strips in the egg mixture. As I removed the steak strips from the egg mixture, I let the excess fall off. I then rolled each strip in our Fish Fry and then fried in hot grease. It was great. Nothing needed to be added.
