White Gravy
2 T butter
2 T Baker Farm Rice Flour
1/4 t salt
Dash of black or red pepper or to taste (I use both)
1 c milk
Melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat. Add Baker Farm Rice flour and blend. Add salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly while stirring constantly. Mixture will bubble and thicken. Enjoy over chicken fried steak, chicken tender dip, or over sliced boiled eggs.
